Independence Day Celebration Arrangements Kasur Tender Notice
Description
Provide complete arrangements for Independence Day celebrations of 14 August 2026 for Municipal Committee Kasur. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible contractors registered on E-PADS and holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category shall submit electronic bids along with scanned bid security and the original CDR before the closing time. Bid security shall be 5% of the estimated cost and the successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the estimated cost. Item-wise rates are mandatory and incomplete or non-responsive bids shall be rejected. Work shall be executed subject to availability of funds and in accordance with applicable procurement rules.
