Hardware It Equipment Plant Furniture Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply hardware, IT equipment, plant and machinery, and furniture and fixtures under a framework contract for official use during the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Registered companies, firms and suppliers shall submit separate technical and financial bids together with bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost for each lot. Technical evaluation shall include financial soundness, tax registration, professional tax certificate, company profile and acceptance of bidding conditions. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount.
