Janitorial Items Procurement Framework Tender Notice
Description
Supply janitorial items including iron spades, brooms, wooden baskets, pitch forks and plaster of Paris under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with the least cost method. Joint ventures and consortiums are not permitted. Bidding documents are available free of cost from the Punjab PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated value for each lot shall be submitted online in accordance with the Punjab e-Procurement guidelines. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 31 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids shall be opened online at 11:30 AM on 07 August 2026.
