Stationery Printing Furniture Office Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication materials, uniforms and protective clothing, other stores, furniture and fixtures, entertainment and gifts and miscellaneous office items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Registered companies, firms and suppliers shall submit separate technical and financial bids with bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost for each lot. Evaluation shall include financial soundness, tax registrations, professional tax certificate and company profile. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount.
