Vehicle Repair Spare Parts Hazara Region Tender Notice
Description
Provide repair and maintenance services for official vehicles including engine overhauling, supply of batteries, tyres, tubes and other genuine spare parts for all official vehicles of the Regional Police Officer Hazara Region during the financial year 2026-27. Sealed quotations are invited from eligible dealers and vendors. Preference shall be given to dealers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and vendor registration authorities. Successful bidders shall execute a formal agreement on stamp paper and furnish the prescribed security. Payments shall be released after completion of work, inspection and approval of bills. Defective repairs or substandard spare parts shall be replaced by the contractor at their own cost. Rates shall be quoted item-wise inclusive of all applicable taxes and replaced condemned parts shall be returned to the department.
