Procurement Stationery Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of stationery items through a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and relevant tax authorities may participate. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System and accompanied by online bid security equal to three percent of the estimated cost through the prescribed banking mechanism. Bidding documents are available free of cost. Pro Tip: This procurement covers office stationery, writing materials, paper products, printing supplies, educational stationery, office consumables and institutional stationery under a framework contract.
