Contingency Items Machinery Furniture Repair Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for the supply of other contingency items, repair of machinery and furniture repair items for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding shall be conducted through the EPAD system. Eligible government contractors must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Department and KPRA. Bids shall be submitted electronically together with original hard copies. Earnest money shall be 2% of the quoted value and successful bidders shall provide 10% performance security. Rates shall include all applicable taxes and remain valid up to 30.06.2027. Conditional bids shall not be accepted. Pro Tip: This procurement includes contingency supplies, machinery repair materials, maintenance items, furniture repair materials, workshop supplies, maintenance consumables and institutional maintenance support services.
