Agricultural Inputs Materials Furniture Vehicle Parts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes - supply of fencing materials and construction materials - agricultural inputs including vegetable seeds, cereal seeds, wheat seeds, flower seeds, bulbs, chemicals and fertilizers - packaging materials and miscellaneous items - office equipment, furniture and fixtures - office stationery - repair services, spare parts and alteration of all types of vehicles and machinery. Sealed tenders are invited from registered suppliers, firms and contractors. Bids must be submitted through a single stage two envelope process. Tender documents with complete specifications and conditions may be obtained from the office during working hours upon bidder request after depositing the prescribed form fee in the Government Treasury Office Skardu. Only contractors and firms having relevant experience are eligible to participate. Sealed quotations accompanied by the required call deposit must be submitted before the closing time. Bids shall be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders. Partial, incomplete, ambiguous, blank, conditional or late bids shall be rejected. The successful bidder shall deliver the supplies at its own expense throughout the financial year until 30 June 2027. Supply orders shall be issued according to the release and provision of budget by the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
