Description

Procure framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27 on a lot-wise basis including office stationery, computer stationery, printing and publications, miscellaneous items, other stores, tents and tarpaulins, beds and boxes, road safety and campaign material, software, hardware and IT equipment, sports items, electronic communication equipment, hot and cold items, transport repair and maintenance, lubricants, plant and machinery purchase and repair, furniture and fixture purchase and repair, and repair and maintenance of other buildings. Bidding shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each lot shall be submitted before the e-bid submission deadline in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Technical samples or brochures for each lot are mandatory for evaluation. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value. Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and PEC registration documents shall accompany the technical bids. Bid validity shall remain until 30-06-2027. Repeat orders shall not exceed 15% of the original procurement.
