Miscellaneous Items Framework Contracts Tender Notice

Framework contracts for purchase of miscellaneous items and services on FOR basis for the financial year 2026-2027 up to June 30, 2027, comprising stationery and computer stationery items; printing items; repair and renovation of police buildings; repair of police vehicles including tyres, tubes, batteries, spare parts and filters and lubricants; miscellaneous store items including electronic and electrical, sanitary, cleaning, dietary articles, flexes, crockery, sports items, fingerprint items, ice and coal, rifle oil, chindi, plant, water filter cartridges, IT equipment, tent and tarpaulins and barriers; repair of machinery and equipment and office furniture; other stores items; bed and boxes; plant and machinery; and furniture and fixtures. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments and have previous experience. Procurement shall follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under Single Stage - One Envelope Bidding Procedure. Technical and financial bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids shall close on September 3, 2026 at 1100 hours and open at 1130 hours. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. Earnest money is specified for each procurement lot, including 360000 PKR, 140000 PKR, 400000 PKR, 700000 PKR, 392000 PKR, 70000 PKR, 28000 PKR, 30000 PKR, 180000 PKR and 40000 PKR respectively.
