Description
Procure IT equipment and field accessories including laptops, desktop computers, printers, multimedia projectors, projector screens, portable SSDs, LED TVs, conference camera, microphone and sound system, conference table, VES Terrameter cables, digital two way radios and handheld GPS receivers - laboratory equipment and instruments for water quality testing and laboratory analysis together with all required components, accessories and operational features - and laboratory accessories and materials including stabilizers, digital colony counters, water distillation assemblies, reagent bottles and electric UV insect killers. Procurement shall be conducted through National Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules through EPADS. Interested eligible bidders registered on EPADS may obtain bidding documents from EPADS, PPRA and the PCRWR website. Bid documents shall be uploaded through EPADS and hard copies submitted physically before the closing time. Separate bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost for each applied lot is mandatory, amounting to Rs. 650,000 for Lot 1, Rs. 425,000 for Lot 2 and Rs. 125,000 for Lot 3. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes with the bid security in a separate sealed envelope. Technical proposals must specify the make, model and country of origin of the quoted items. The contract shall be awarded to the bidder meeting the technical and financial evaluation criteria.
