Procure and install CCTV equipment at toll plazas on FOR Sindh and Punjab basis, procure IT equipment including printers and scanners on FOR Karachi basis, and procure laptops on FOR Rawalpindi and Karachi basis under separate lots. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising separate technical and financial proposals. Hard copy bids accompanied by a tender fee of PKR 2,000 and bid security of PKR 500,000 are mandatory. Technical and financial proposals shall be evaluated in accordance with the bidding documents. The previously advertised tender for supply, installation and commissioning of IT and CCTV equipment at logistics parks and toll plazas has been cancelled and replaced by this procurement.
