Framework Security Services Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of security services under a framework contract for the Chief Drugs Controller Office. Eligible bidders are invited to provide security services as specified in the bidding documents. A complete set of bidding documents containing the scope of services, terms and conditions is available upon payment of a non-refundable bid document fee of PKR 2,000 or may be downloaded from the designated procurement websites. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising separate technical and financial proposals submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement portal. Electronic bids must be submitted before the specified closing time and will be opened at 01:00 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be entertained. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended.
