Supply Of Hospital Medicines Equipment And Support Items Tender Notice

Procurement for the financial year 2026-27 covering Stationery Items - Other Miscellaneous and Petty Articles - Diet for Patients - Uniforms and Liveries - Life Saving Medical Supplies including Gas - Laboratory Chemicals and Reagents - Repair of Furniture and Fixtures - Repair of Machinery and Equipment - Repair of Transport Vehicles - Local Purchase of Medicines and Drugs - Specific Consumables - Purchase of Machinery and Plants. E-bids are invited from eligible suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors enlisted on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB, as applicable. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The original tender fee instrument and bid security must be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Tender fee is Rs. 3000 (non-refundable) for each category and bid security shall be 5% of the total budget. E-bids will be opened at 11:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. In case of an unscheduled public holiday or unforeseen circumstances, bid submission and opening shall take place on the next working day. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities, reject any or all bids or annul the procurement process in accordance with the Sindh Public Procurement Rules.
