Purchase Of Steel Beds For Hostel Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 1,000 steel beds (cots) for the Hostel Maintenance Cell. Electronic bids are invited from manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers, sales agents and distributors of well reputed firms and companies. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising technical and financial proposals. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 7,670,000 with a delivery period of one month. Bids must be submitted electronically and manual bids shall not be accepted. Bid security of Rs. 153,400, equivalent to 2% of the estimated amount, is mandatory and shall be submitted electronically in accordance with Punjab E-Procurement System requirements, failing which the bid shall be treated as non-responsive. Bids will be opened online at 10:30 AM on the same day. In case the bid opening date is declared a public holiday or non-working day, opening shall take place on the next working day at the same time. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance in accordance with Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
