Purchase Of Steel Beds Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 1000 steel beds (cots) through a single stage two envelope bidding procedure comprising technical and financial proposals under the Punjab E-Procurement System. The supplier shall provide the required steel beds in accordance with the specifications contained in the bidding documents within one month. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System only and manual submissions shall not be accepted. Technical and financial proposals will be opened online at 10:30 a.m. on the bid opening date. An electronic bid security of Rs. 153,400, equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value of Rs. 7,670,000, is mandatory. Eligible participants include manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers, sales agents and distributors of reputed firms and companies registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System.
