Security Guard Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of security guard services for the financial year 2026-27 for welfare institutions across Punjab. Electronic bids are invited from eligible firms and companies engaged in the provision of security services and registered with the relevant authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure comprising technical and financial bids. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. A scanned bid security of 2% of the total estimated cost amounting to Rs. 3,009,600 in the form of CDR, Banker's Cheque or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank is mandatory and the original bid security instrument must reach the procuring agency before the bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. The procurement shall be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Authority Act 2009 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
