Procurement of annual framework contracts for the financial year 2026-2027 through an open competitive Single Stage Single Envelope e-bidding procedure covering multiple service categories including temporary lighting installation - sound systems and generators - steamers with wooden and iron frames and flex banner printing, lettering, stitching and installation - temporary tents, marquees, canopies, chairs, sofas and carpets - repair and maintenance of green belts including plants and grass - hiring of machinery with diesel on hourly or daily basis - supply of stationery including paper reams, registers and file covers with monogram - repair and upgrading of computers, printers, LEDs, USBs, hard disks, cables, extension leads and toner recycling/refilling - purchase of computer accessories - supply of soil, fill material, stones, stone dust and sandbags - road marking, road lining, painting of kerbstones, dividers and street light poles - repair, installation and supply of equipment for water supply schemes and filtration plants - repair and rehabilitation of government official vehicles - repair of municipal service machinery including tractors and trolleys - repair and rehabilitation of machinery and equipment - repair of furniture and iron cupboards - and purchase of furniture and iron almirahs. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. All bidders must quote all lots and all items. Bid security shall be 5% of the estimated cost and proof of deposit shall be uploaded before bid submission. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the opening date. Eligible bidders must be financially sound firms, contractors or companies registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System, relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA and Professional Tax where applicable, and possess a valid PEC licence in the relevant category together with active FBR and PRA status and a fresh affidavit confirming they are neither blacklisted nor under litigation. Performance guarantee and additional performance security shall be furnished where applicable in accordance with PPRA Rules.
