Office Operational Supplies Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of hot and cold items, office stationery, computer stationery, miscellaneous items, COVID and crime scene unit items, printing registers and forms, repair of machinery and equipment, repair of furniture and fixtures, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, lubricants, and repair of transport vehicles and motorcycles including batteries, tyres, air filters and oil filters. E-bids are invited through Punjab e-Procurement using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising technical and financial proposals. Technical samples or brochures are mandatory for evaluation. Bids must be submitted electronically with original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Performance guarantee equal to 3% of the accepted contract value shall be required. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM on the same day.
