Procurement Of Office Supplies Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of office supplies comprising vehicle care, safety and accessories with an estimated cost of PKR 6.1 million and bid security of PKR 0.122 million - printing consumables and stationery items with an estimated cost of PKR 16.1 million and bid security of PKR 0.322 million - entertainment and gifts with an estimated cost of PKR 25.55 million and bid security of PKR 0.5112 million - and janitorial, crockery and miscellaneous IT hardware with an estimated cost of PKR 18.2 million and bid security of PKR 0.364 million. The framework contract tenure is one year, extendable on other terms. Well-reputed, experienced and tax-registered companies, firms, organizations and suppliers are invited under a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. Only firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System are eligible, and bids submitted through other means will be rejected. Complete e-bids must be submitted by 02:30 PM on 30-09-2026 and technical bids will be opened at 03:00 PM on the same day. If the submission date is an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date with the same times. The procurement covers vehicle care and safety accessories, printing consumables, stationery, entertainment and gifts, janitorial supplies, crockery and miscellaneous IT hardware.
