Procurement of Hot and Cold Items - Mobil Oil - Printing Items - Stationery Items - Computer Stationery - Other Items - Tent and Tarpaulin Items - Sports Items - Transport Repair Services - Machinery and Equipment Repair Services - Furniture and Fixture Repair Services - Beds and Boxes - Furniture and Fixtures - Exhibition and Fair Items - Plant and Machinery - Training Aid - Medicines - Other Physical Assets - Computer Hardware - IT Equipment - Hardware and Equipment - Software. Bids are invited from well reputed and registered firms under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Each bid shall contain separate Technical and Financial proposals in a single sealed package using the single stage two envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost shall accompany the financial proposal and successful bidders shall furnish 5% performance guarantee. Products shall comply with PSQCA standards and Punjab Food Authority Act 2011 where applicable. Technical proposals shall be opened at 11:30 AM on 12.08.2026 while financial proposals of technically qualified bidders shall be opened later.
