Vehicle Repair Services Office Stationery Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of vehicle repair services and office stationery for the financial year 2026-2027 including repair and maintenance of government vehicles, bulletproof vehicle maintenance, engine maintenance, electrical and mechanical repairs, denting, painting, tyres, batteries, lubricants, spare parts and related services together with supply of office stationery, computer consumables, printing material, registers, file covers, paper, pens, toner cartridges and other office items. Bids are invited from registered, experienced and tax compliant firms, companies and workshops under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 using the single stage two envelope procedure. Contractors must be on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Vehicle repair bidders must possess a properly established workshop, trained staff, necessary tools and required facilities. Stationery suppliers must have relevant business experience, adequate stock and continuous supply capability. Bid security shall be submitted separately for each tender comprising Rs. 1,000,000 for vehicle repair services and Rs. 200,000 for office stationery in the form of call deposit. Conditional, unsigned or late bids shall be rejected and blacklisted companies are ineligible. Applicable taxes shall be deducted according to government rules. Bids shall be submitted by 10:00 AM on 10.08.2026 and opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
