Framework Contract For Stationery Transport Machinery And Lu Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement and repair of machinery and equipment, procurement of miscellaneous stores, transport repair services, stationery items, lubricants and printing materials for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids are invited from experienced and financially sound firms registered with NTN, Sales Tax, Income Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System together with a bid security equal to 3% of the quoted amount in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque issued by a scheduled bank. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value. Bids must be submitted by 01:00 PM on 17.08.2026 and shall be opened on the same day.
