Laptops And Desktops With Licensed Software Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laptops and desktops with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office licenses. Eligible bidders shall submit electronic bids through EPADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids. Detailed BoQ, scope of work and eligibility criteria are available in the bidding documents. A scanned copy of the pay order or bank draft for fixed bid security shall be submitted electronically and the original bid security shall also be submitted in hard copy in a sealed envelope before the submission deadline. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM. Bid security is 700000.00 and bid validity is 120 days.
