Framework Contract Procurement Laboratory Goods Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of goods and services on DDP basis including reagents - chemicals - microbiological laboratory items - janitorial services - security services - printing of Form-7 - pharmaceutical waste management and disposal - fumigation services - internet services - air conditioners - UPS. Electronic bids must be submitted only through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the bidding documents. Bid opening shall take place on the respective scheduled opening date and time. Bid validity shall remain 180 days from bid opening. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount shall be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System before bid submission. Detailed terms, technical specifications and instructions to bidders are provided in the bidding documents. Procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
