Human Resource Security Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of firms for provision of human resource and security services on an as-and-when-required basis including drivers for smog trucks, mobile workshop staff, smog cannon operators, helpers, motor vehicle mechanics, smog cannon technicians, IT monitoring officers, supervisors and security guards. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Lot 1 has an estimated value of PKR 134,535,000 with bid security of PKR 2,690,700 and Lot 2 has an estimated value of PKR 32,625,000 with bid security of PKR 652,500. Joint ventures and consortiums are permitted. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 17-08-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid validity shall remain 120 days.
