Description
Procurement for festival arrangements for 14 August celebrations under Municipal Committee Gujar Khan. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Local Government Works Rules 2017. The estimated project cost is PKR 2,143,000 with bid security of PKR 107,150 representing 5% of the estimated cost. Eligible contractors shall possess valid PEC Category C-6 or above, active tax registration and a declaration confirming that they have not been blacklisted. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS by 11-08-2026 at 01:00 PM and opened on the same day at 01:30 PM.
