Office Supplies Vehicle Repairs Equipment Maintenance Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes vehicle repair and maintenance including engine oil, gear oil, spare parts replacement and vehicle overhauling - supply of office stationery - supply and repair of furniture and fixtures - purchase and repair of machinery, computers and electrical items - purchase, supply and repair of miscellaneous items. Separate quotations shall be submitted for each item or work. Quotations shall be submitted in sealed form. Quotations will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Quoted rates shall remain valid for the financial year 2026-27 up to 30 June 2027. Firms must be financially sound and must have their own shop or store. A refundable bid security of PKR 10,000 is required. Incomplete quotations shall not be accepted. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations in accordance with GBPPRA rules.
