Procurement Of Departmental Goods And Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of stationery items, printing and publication items, other store items, computer stationery, miscellaneous items, entertainment and gifts, furniture and fixtures, machinery and equipment, hardware repairs, IT equipment repairs, transport repairs, hot and cold items, software repairs, hardware purchases, uniforms and protective clothing, conference and seminar services, plant and machinery purchases and furniture purchases for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement Portal using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Separate bids shall be submitted for each procurement lot together with the prescribed bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Pay Order. Eligible firms shall provide tax registrations, financial documents, dealership authorization and all documents required under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
