Auction Of Properties For Public Sale Tender Notice
Description
Auction of properties on an 'as is where is' basis. Interested bidders must submit bids before the deadline and deposit refundable earnest money equal to 5 percent of the reserve price through Pay Order or Banker's Cheque. Auction proceedings will commence at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened the same day. Successful bidders must pay the remaining bid amount within 45 days and bear all applicable taxes, transfer fees, duties and related charges.
