Procurement of racks, containment systems and rack PDUs for an ongoing data center revamp project. Procurement will be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope e-bidding using LCBS evaluation methodology. Eligible bidders must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-07 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 while original bid security, NTN certificate, sales tax registration proof, business registration proof and non-blacklisting undertaking must be submitted in hard copy before bid submission. Manual bids will not be entertained. Bid security of 580,000.00 is required. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM. Bid validity is 120 days. Pro Tip: This procurement covers server racks, rack PDUs, power distribution units, containment systems, data center infrastructure, cabinet systems, equipment racks, IT infrastructure, data center revamp, enterprise hardware installation and facility modernization.
