Framework Contract Police Procurement Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of lubricants, stationery, computer stationery, printing, sports goods, IT equipment, machinery, generators, UPS, air conditioners, furniture, transport spare parts, batteries, tyres, office repairs, machinery repairs, building renovation and dietary items for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Electronic bids shall be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost. Manufacturers, authorized dealers and eligible suppliers may participate. Bids will be opened electronically in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules.
