Construction Development Works District Kasur Tender Notice
Description
Construction and development works including installation of MS boards for the Clean and Green Campaign, construction of PCC, drainage and nullah works, construction of an indoor cricket arena, construction of a padel court, improvement of Sutlej Railway Park and refurbishment of the Administrator Office. Procurement shall be conducted through the EPADS Single Stage One Envelope procedure using the least cost method. Electronic bids shall be uploaded in PDF format together with scanned earnest money while original CDR and PEC registration shall be submitted before bid closing. Earnest money shall be 5% of the estimated cost. Additional performance security shall apply where required. Bids will be opened electronically in Jinnah Hall, Kasur. Pro Tip: This procurement includes PCC construction, drainage works, sports infrastructure, park development, office refurbishment, municipal construction, recreational facilities, civil engineering and public infrastructure development.
