Description
Construction works under an approved development scheme of the ADP Programme for Financial Year 2026-27, including construction of a boundary wall and installation of Taft Tile at Gun Gurakhnath Shiva Mandar, Tehsil Sadiqabad, and construction of a boundary wall and a community center in Sadiqabad. The estimated cost for the first scheme is Rs. 7,035,000 with earnest money of Rs. 351,750, equal to 5% of estimated cost, and the notice identifies TS No. 16 dated 14-07-2016. The second scheme has an estimated cost of Rs. 2,965,000 and earnest money of Rs. 145,250. Eligible bidders must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category or codes for Financial Year 2026-27 and must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Earnest money is required in the form of CDR in favour of the District Officer (Infrastructure & Services), District Council Rahim Yar Khan, with the original CDR, PEC certificate and letterhead required before the Tender Opening Committee. Bids must quote item rates against each DNIT/BOQ entry rather than percentage rates and complete all rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages. Incomplete financial bids will be treated as non-responsive. Securities must be issued by the Bank of Punjab. A contractor quoting 30% or more below the Technical Sanction estimate must provide market-based rate analysis demonstrating that the rates are workable and reasonable. The procurement concerns civil construction, boundary walls, community centre construction and tile installation works.
