Description
Procurement includes purchase of Hot and Cold Items, Lubricants, Stationery, Computer Stationery, Printing of Registers and Files, Miscellaneous Items, Hiring of Services, Investigation Cost Items, Dietary Items for Muharram and Chehlum Duties, Training Aid Items, Tents and Tarpaulins, Transport Repair and Replacement, Machinery and Equipment Repair, Furniture Repair, Hardware and Equipment, Software Renewal, Plant and Machinery, Furniture and Fixtures, Cost of Other Stores, Beds and Boxes and Software under framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Punjab e-Procurement System may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 24-Aug-2026 at 11:00 AM and technical bids shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each lot is mandatory and performance guarantee of 5% shall be required from successful bidders.
