Framework Contracts For Police Supplies Equipment And Mainte Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes Office Stationery, Computer Stationery, Printing and Publications, Miscellaneous Items, Other Stores, Tents and Tarpaulins, Beds and Boxes, Road Safety and Campaign Materials, Software, Hardware and IT Equipment, Sports Items, Electronic Communications Equipment, Hot and Cold Items, Transport Repair and Maintenance, Lubricants, Plant and Machinery Purchase and Repair, Furniture and Fixture Purchase and Repair and Other Buildings Repair and Maintenance under framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, PEC and other relevant authorities may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 18-Aug-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of each lot shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Performance guarantee of 5% shall be required from successful bidders.
