Description

Framework contract for procurement of operational goods, equipment and maintenance services for the financial year 2026-2027 on a lot-wise basis. Procurement includes stationery, printing, computer stationery, advertising and publicity, newspapers, books, miscellaneous items, sports funds, Muharram duty items, tents and tarpaulins, road safety campaign material, beds, boxes, entertainment and gift items, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, computer hardware, information technology equipment, repair and maintenance of transport, machinery, equipment, furniture, hardware, software, residential buildings, hot and cold beverages, and POL lubricants. The total estimated procurement value is PKR 55.580 million. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids shall be submitted lot-wise together with technical and financial proposals. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each lot shall be submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order in favour of the Regional Police Officer DG Khan, while a scanned copy shall be uploaded with the technical proposal. Performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value shall be required from successful bidders. Repeat orders may be placed up to 15% of the original procurement.
