Miscellaneous Items Services Framework Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of miscellaneous goods and services under framework contract including hot and cold items, lubricants, stationery, computer stationery, printing of registers and files, miscellaneous supplies, hiring of services, investigation cost items, dietary items, Muharram and Chehlum duty supplies, training aid items, tents, tarpaulins, transport items, machinery and equipment, furniture, hardware, software renewal, plant and machinery items, furniture and fixtures, store items, beds and boxes. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with technical and financial bids. Technical bids will be opened first and financial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened later. Original bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost shall be submitted and performance guarantee of 5% shall be deposited by successful bidders. Estimated cost is Rs.63.20 million.
