Stationery Vehicle Repair Miscellaneous Store Items Office R Tender Notice
Description
Sealed tenders are invited from experienced and qualified contractors for procurement of office stationery, vehicle repair and maintenance services, miscellaneous items, ORD store items and office repair and renovation works for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids shall be submitted by 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM on the same day. A refundable call deposit of Rs.5000 for each category is mandatory. Bidders must maintain a relevant business or store in Chilas Bazaar for at least one year and provide a valid bank statement. Collusive bidding is prohibited. Successful contractors shall supply approved items according to prescribed specifications and quality standards.
