Sports Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes supply of 68 sports items under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must have completed three assignments of similar nature and complexity, possess the required turnover, be on the Active Taxpayer List, hold a Sales Tax Certificate, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan and joint ventures are not permissible. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank is mandatory together with the prescribed bidding document fee of Rs. 1,000. Electronic bids only shall be submitted through the BPPRA Electronic Public Procurement System. Bids will be opened electronically at 10:30 AM on the same day.
