Framework Contract For Sports Event Accommodation Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for accommodation and related services for holding sports events in merged districts, talent grooming of players and regular sports activities under the Annual Development Fund. Procurement shall be conducted through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa EPADS using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible local and national firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and KPRA may participate. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security of Rs.600,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt. Electronic bids shall be uploaded through EPADS while the original CDR shall be submitted before bid opening. Pro Tip: This procurement covers accommodation services, sports event management, athlete camps, sports development programmes, hospitality services and government sports event support.
