Office Premises Security Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes provision of security services for TEPA Office Building at 4-C Lytton Road, TEPA Stores at Johar Town, Sabzazar, TEPA Store near Qaddafi Stadium, Asphalt Plant and Parking Plazas for a contract period of 12 months. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be experienced firms registered with the Home Department, NTN and Punjab Revenue Authority. Bid security is Rs. 287,100. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System and technical and financial proposals shall be evaluated in accordance with the bidding documents.
