Procurement and contractual arrangements comprise 300 tablet chairs and conference room furniture with a 3% security deposit; four refurbished photocopier machines, Xerox 5875 with 75 CPM capacity or equivalent, with a 3% security deposit; 1,500 copies of the college magazine Karakar with a 3% security deposit; dairy farm premises with a minimum monthly rent benchmark of Rs. 80,000 and a security deposit benchmark of Rs. 500,000, with permission to use the building as a depot, godown or for similar purposes; gymnasium premises with a minimum monthly rent benchmark of Rs. 60,000 and a security deposit benchmark of Rs. 300,000, with permission to use the building as an academy, offices or for similar purposes; and four trained horses aged between 3 and 5 years, of one colour, with a 3% security deposit. Bidding follows Rule 6(2)(a) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014, using the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure for all six contracts. Eligible bidders include authorized firms and general order suppliers registered with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department and KPRA and appearing on the Active Taxpayer Lists of the FBR and KPRA. Bidding documents can be downloaded through EPADS after newspaper publication and until the bid submission deadline. Federal and provincial duties and taxes, including sales tax, will be deducted according to applicable government directives. Bids quoting less than the prescribed minimum monthly rent for the dairy farm and gymnasium shall not be considered. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders before acceptance under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
