Public Address Systems Servers Ups Network Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes a public announcement system on DDP basis, a high-performance compute server with storage, network switches, next generation firewall and endpoint protection threat detection and response on CNF/DDP basis, and a 120 KVA UPS with wireless access points for the online examination building on CNF/DDP basis, together with ancillary services. Procurement shall be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Rule 46(1) of the SPP Rules 2010. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers or authorized agents, distributors or firms registered with FBR and SRB and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List for applicable income tax and GST/SST. Electronic bids shall be submitted only through EPADS. Original tender fee of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) and original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, or as specified for each group in the bidding documents, must be delivered to the Procurement Directorate before the submission deadline. The public announcement system requires bid security of Rs. 170,000. Bids will be opened at 11:30 Hrs on the same day.
