Implementation Of Odoo Erp System Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes implementation of the Odoo ERP system as a non-consultancy service for the Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS v2.0 using the Single Stage Two Envelope open competitive bidding procedure with the Least Cost Based Selection evaluation technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security in the prescribed form of Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Manual bids shall not be entertained.
