Procurement Of Education Management Systems Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Education Management Systems including Campus Management System, Learning Management System and Examination Management System for deployment at the head office and nationwide campuses. Interested organizations may submit proposals for one or more systems. Procurement shall follow the Two Stage Bidding Procedure under Rule 36(c) of PPRA Rules. The first stage requires submission of Technical TOR documents and only technically qualified bidders will be invited to submit Financial Bids. A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-17 at 04:00 PM. EOI document fee is Rs.10,000 payable through the specified bank account. Technical TORs will be opened in the presence of bidders and authorized representatives.
