Framework Procurement Of Patient Food Medicines And Medical Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement for the Financial Year 2026-27 includes supply of patient food, local purchase of medicines, medicines for government employees, medicines under the Prime Minister Health Card programme, medicines funded through Zakat and Bait-ul-Mal, and supply of medical oxygen, nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide gases. Procurement shall be conducted under AJK PPRA Rules 2017 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible firms must be registered in Azad Jammu and Kashmir under the Companies Act 2017, be financially sound, registered with GST and government tax authorities, and submit bid security in the form of Call Deposit issued by a scheduled bank according to the prescribed amount for each tender. Technical proposals shall be evaluated first, while financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders shall remain unopened and be returned. Contract rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2027.
