Small Form Factor Tower Desktop Computers Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 7 small form factor tower desktop computers through electronic bidding. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and be active taxpayers on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bids shall be submitted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using EPADS v2.0 with LCBS evaluation. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only and manual bids shall not be entertained. Hard copies of the NTN certificate, Sales Tax registration proof, business registration proof, non-blacklisting undertaking on PKR 100 stamp paper and original bid security must also be submitted before the closing time. Bid security of PKR 40,000 is required in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee and bid validity shall remain 120 days. Technical and financial bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
