Description
Procurement of best quality toners and printer cartridges. Refurbished toners shall not be accepted or considered. Bids shall be submitted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure comprising separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security of PKR 5 is required and bid validity shall remain 90 days. Technical and financial bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
