Framework Contracts For Municipal Supplies And Services Tender Notice
Description
Establish annual framework contracts until 30 June 2027 for providing and fixing lighting systems, sound systems, generators, panaflex, tentage, stationery, white paper rims, cartridges, refilling cartridges, file covers, electrical material, plants, paint and supply of strychnine medicine in fifty gram packing. The procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid security equal to five percent of the estimated cost shall be submitted only through Digital Bank Guarantee using PSID and SWIFT MT760. Physical bid securities shall not be accepted. Performance security equal to five percent of the contract price shall be furnished by the successful bidder. Bids shall be opened at 02:30 PM. For supply of strychnine, bidders must be registered general order suppliers with the specified FBR sales tax code and the medicine must comply with WHO standards.
